Patients We Treat

Group Or Individual Insurance

We will bill your insurance for you. We attempt to take out as much of the insurance hassle as possible. We will help you understand what your insurance covers so that you can make an informed decision about how to proceed with payment in our office. Chiropractic care is a fee-for-service profession, meaning the cost of your appointment(s) will depend on the services provided.  Our fees are designed to be affordable regardless of whether or not you intend to bill your insurance company. If you have any questions regarding your financial responsibilities at our office, please do not hesitate to ask. We are happy to assist you.

Patients Without Insurance

An increasing number of patients do not have insurance or have plans with limited coverage, such as catastrophic policies. We realize that no one wants to build up a large bill. Therefore, we have several plans so those patients may receive complete care without undue financial difficulty. Of course, we are always happy to accept cash, your personal check, MasterCard, Visa or Discover cards.

"On the Job" Injury (Worker's Compensation)

If you are injured on the job, your care may be paid for under your employer’s Worker’s Compensation insurance. You will need to inform your employer of the accident and obtain the name and address of the carrier of their insurance.

Personal Injury Or Automobile Accidents

Please notify your auto insurance carrier of your visit to our office immediately. In the state of Pennsylvania, your auto insurance carrier is responsible for a minimum of $5,000 in healthcare expenses following a motor vehicle accident. Please bring claim information or contact information for your auto insurance company to your first visit.

Medicare

We are currently accepting new Medicare patients. Please bring your Medicare insurance cards with you to your first appointment. Medicare Part B does cover chiropractic care. Bring your Medicare cards with you to your first appointment and we will explain to you exactly how your coverage works.

Disclaimer

Regardless of your insurance coverage, we are not able to guarantee coverage on behalf of your insurance company. Ultimately, should your carrier decide not to cover claims from our office, you may be responsible for services rendered as a result of your treatment in our office.
